We always aim to provide high quality products that are fault free. On occasion, you may need to return your products to us if they aren’t quite right. As long as your product is returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase, we will happily exchange or refund it for you. To request a return please follow the steps below.
1. Submit your returns request
Before we can begin processing your return, you will need to complete a returns & exchange form HERE. This request must be submitted no more than 14 days after your order is received.
2. Await confirmation of returns request
We aim to respond to return requests within 1-2 working days. When your request has been approved by our Customer Services team, you will receive an email confirmation. If your request has been denied and you wish to understand why, please contact our Customer Services team directly, quoting your order number.
3. Pack and send your items
Once you’ve received your returns confirmation, items should be returned securely in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit, and all original paperwork. This must be returned within 14 days of receiving your returns approval.

4. Receive your refund/exchange
Once we have safely received your item and made sure it’s in good condition, we will then issue your refund or dispatch your replacement items.
