Where do we distribute from?
Helmet 28 distribute Zamp Helmets from their warehouses in Belgium and England, making it simpler and easier than ever for our European customers to shop with us.
What does this mean for our European customers?
Our new warehouse, based in Belgium, has the highest stock levels anywhere, allows for faster European shipping, and most importantly lower costs to our customers. There will NO MORE DUTY/TAX PAYMENTS for customers receiving helmets in Europe.
What products do we have available?
All popular Zamp products that were available previously will still be available via our European website. Plus, with higher stock levels & faster shipping times, you’ll be able to get your favourite Zamp products easier & faster than ever.
Where can European customers shop?
In terms of how you shop with Zamp Helmets, there really isn’t much change at all. We now have a dedicated website solely for European customers which will allow for a smoother journey when browsing & shopping, but also faster shipping times and no more duty/tax costs for you, the customer.
Otherwise, the level of customer service & the quality of products you receive from us will be to the exact same 5* standard that you’re used to.

Can UK customers still shop with Zamp?
Yes! We still have our UK warehouse & website and can ship directly to UK customers from this warehouse. Our Europe warehouse & website was set up simply to allow our European customers to shop with us without having to pay extra charges for customs and taxes.
So which website should I shop on and how do I know which website I’m ordering from?
If you are ordering from the UK, please shop on our UK website. If you are ordering from Europe, please shop on our European website. You should automatically be directed to the right website for your location but please double check the white toggle in the top right hand corner of the website to make sure it is on either UK or EU (depending on where you are ordering from)
