About the Role
Think of this role as being the pit crew chief of customer experience. You’ll be at the heart of everything we do – ensuring every customer interaction runs like a finely tuned race car.
From guiding a weekend warrior through their first helmet purchase to managing professional team orders, you’ll own the full customer journey and turn every transaction into a lasting relationship.

What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Experience Excellence
- B2C Service: Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for returns, lead times, and product questions.
- B2B Relationships: Manage professional connections with teams, driving schools, and motorsport suppliers.
- Order Processing: Seamlessly handle UK & EU B2B/B2C orders with precision.
- Platform Management: Master systems like Shiptheory and coordinate with our UK and Belgian teams.
Revenue Growth & Sales
- New Business: Hunt for new B2B customers and convert prospects into loyal advocates.
- Account Management: Nurture existing relationships to maximise lifetime value.
- Stock Forecasting: Analyse trends to predict demand and optimise inventory.
